Now in it’s 8th year, ClientWave’s Salon Owners Business Club has gone from strength to strength. Meeting in the Midlands, our members have enjoyed unique business support & growth benefiting both their salons & their teams.
The club has been designed to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment for inspiration, motivation & business growth. Meeting 4 days per year, the Business Club is for independent, like-minded salon owners who are focused on growing their business.
The Business Club is led by Carole Taylor, Director of ClientWave.

Salon Owners Business Club Founder
Carole Taylor founded ClientWave Salon Training Services in 2003 and currently manages the composition and delivery of an extensive range of innovative training courses for hair and beauty salons in the UK and Europe.
Working closely with a number of leading industry suppliers such as Wella (UK), Carole’s experience and unique insights into all aspects of managing a successful salon inspires and educates ambitious salon owners and their teams.
