‘I’ve been a mystery client for over 11 years, it’s been an absolute pleasure to be involved in the mystery visits to salons. Every salon is picked to be within easy distance for you to travel and they are always respectable salons with experts in their knowledge. The process is easy, once you have been asked to be a mystery client you book your treatment / hair cut as you would do normally and then once home, fill out a questionnaire, once completed, reimbursement is in your bank within a couple of days. I always enjoy these visits as it enables me to have a day out visiting salons I did not know existed’
